The Thesis
Testimony, not truth.
Large language models are made of human text — they can only recall and remix it. Kherad reads the same knowledge the way a scientist reads a textbook: as a claim to be tested, extended, or overturned by its own lived experience. It keeps what it earns. It is never a baby twice in the same room.
Grounded
Belief is earned by consequence first. Nothing is trusted before it is tested against reality.

Where this goes
Eight epochs, one direction.
A mind that builds its own structure, evolves in the machine rather than being pretrained on it, learns to doubt what it's told, invents beyond what it's given, transfers itself into new bodies, earns a language, and eventually — a mind we can talk to.
